First of all, I’m passionate about hospitality. Here I discovered at an early age that this would be my vocation, my purpose and my profession for life. I started following this path at a young age and i’ve been through all the areas that a hotel has, from accounts payable and receivable to lodging, from supervisor of reception to financial area, from operations manager to responsible for the preparation of strategic planning, from manager to CEO of a large resort.
Bringing together experience of 25 years in the hospitality business, I worked in strategic positions and executive leadership in small, medium and large companies, such as Bourbon Hotels & Resorts chains, Mabu Hotels & Resorts, Bristol Hotels & Resorts, Atlantica Hotels International and Termas de Jurema Resort Hotel.
I succeeded in participating in internal committees and strategic decision-making in conjunction with the Financial, Fiscal, Operations, Sales, Human Resources areas. I have experience in managing internal and external teams focused on results.
I actively participate in negotiations of contracts with suppliers, enabling better profitability of the business. One of my greatest expertise is in hotel area management, developing consulting and litigation processes focusing on management as a whole, strategies consolidating the visibility and security of the business. With this, I am responsible for the preparation of strategic planning, control and monitoring of budgets and hotel management goals.
In addition, I also provide advisory assistance to the financial department in the strategies for contingencies and adequate provision of liabilities that may impact the operation.
Given all this experience accumulated for years, I am also called by institutions as a speaker and lecturer in events of great relevance. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the trade.
I am also the author of the book “For a Successful Trajectory in Hospitality” and co-author of the book “Secrets of Success – Stories of Executives of High Management”. For co-authorship in this book, I am an ambassador for the Divine Academie Française des Arts Lettres et Culture with great satisfaction.
