Lisbon will host the launch of the V volume of the series Secrets of Success – Stories of Executives of High Management. There are 43 new stories of successful executives and their strategies to achieve high performance in management. Among these reports is that of hotelier Nilson Bernal,with more than 20 years in the hotel career.
The Series Secrets of Success – From theory to the top: stories of senior executives was conceived by Cristiano Lagôas, journalist and president of the European Academy of High Management. Andréia Roma is founder and CEO of Editora Leader, who published the collection.
Launch in Portugal
The fifth edition brings the valuable experiences of the corporate world of 43 leaders. These are reports of senior management executives about their strategies, challenges, innovations and results. The stage of the launch of this V edition will be the famous Hotel Ritz de Lisboa, on April 20.
The collection was born in 2014, with the aim of registering the biography of executives of senior management. The launch of this literary work has a relevant contribution on the values, concepts and behaviors necessary to achieve success in corporate life.
Through the testimonies of these leaders, the publication constitutes a bedside book for those who are at the beginning of their careers, as well as for leaders to find inspiration in shared experiences. The works are a true compendium of the business area and contribute to the biographical record of high management in our country.
Experiences of more than 20 years in hospitality
This is one of the most successful projects in the publishing market in its category. Volume I contains the trajectory of 105 co-authors, which represents the largest number of CEOs and executives in a publication, and received for this fact the recognition of RankBrasil, the Brazilian Guinness.
In volume II, the events of the walk of executives of senior management are emphasized to build a powerful corporate baggage. Volume III brought together 70 professionals, including presidents, vice presidents, CEOs, directors and superintendents of large Brazilian and foreign companies. Secrets of Success IV continued the Collection, with more valuable experiences in the corporate world.
